How to leave a group

In order to leave a group you need to login to the website.

From the dashboard, go to "My Groups" and then click on the group you'd like to leave.

On the group page, in the navigation bar underneath group's profile page and step count, you will find a dropdown button. Click on "Leave Group" and follow the instructions.
