Working from home has had its challenges, the main one keeping away from the fridge and moving. Sedentary has become my middle name so I thought this would be a fun way to improve our fitness levels. The guys are lucky as they exercise why we work. This will also inspire us all to take time away from our laptops.
My currently step level is under a thousand most days- so i need to walk or move the fridge to increase the count.
