There have never been a been a better time to stay healthy and fit. Exercise can help with improving body strength, mind resilience, keeping the heart and lungs healthy, help with blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, depression… you name it.
We do not know when the COVID-19 pandemic will start to ease, and there is a long way ahead. It will get worse before it gets better, but regardless of its course, every day that passes is one step closer to the resolution.
Let's walk together towards the finish line, no matter how far that is. Let's support each other every day. Let's come out of this stronger, physically and mentally.

-1 day without smoking (if you're a smoker) = 5000 steps
-Indoor/outdoor biking for 10 minutes= 1000 steps
-Yoga for 30 minutes = 1000 steps
-Weights, strengthening exercise for 20 minutes = 1000 steps
-Cleaning your house = 1000 steps
-Donating anything to a charity or to COVID-19 relief efforts= 2000 steps
