Our Walking Challenge
We all know the bennfits of being physically active and how it contributes to our overall health and wellbeing. The opportunity for daily outdoor exercise is a real treat (during this Covid-19 world) and to make the most of it we have an interactive walking challenge to help us keep moving and stay connected.
Use your daily exercise close to home to go for a walk or jog and take some pictures along the way. When you get home upload your step count and photos on the World Walking app or website. Together our combined step count helps us reach the virtual milestones along the way.
Remember to keep safe, walk alone or with members of your household and observe Government social distancing guidelines.
