Throughout our 'Spring into Spring' week we are asking students to join us sabats as we virtually walk a great distance. You can roll, stroll, meander, jog, or sprint, whatever suits you best! Go at your own pace. We know that increasing our time outdoors and activity increases positive shifts in moods so lets take one small step alone to make a big step together in improving our mental health.
