The 1-41 Walk to Afghanistan will promote wellness by encouraging participants to move more often during the day and build relationships with other family members in the unit. Participants may use a pedometer or other step tracker to record the number of daily miles traveled. Activities include; walking, running, hiking, biking and swimming. This challenge will run until our soldiers re-deploy. At the conclusion of the challenge we hope to be in first place among the other Battalions!
